Gateway is engaged in the midstream energy business. We own and operate natural gas distribution, transmission and gathering pipeline systems located onshore the continental United States and offshore in the federal and state waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All of our revenue is generated under long-term contracts with either fee-based rates or with back to back purchases and sales based on the same monthly index price.

Our pipelines serve industrial facilities, power generation facilities and municipal city gates. These pipelines are commonly known in as direct sales laterals or local distribution company bypasses. We are actively seeking to acquire bypass pipelines or to develop new bypass projects.
